The real estate resurgence continues in Grey Oaks Naples Florida. From January 1 thru May of this year, Grey Oaks Country Club posted new construction sales of about $44 million dollars with 37 new transactions, which translates to a 47% year over year increase. 2012 sales were up 300% versus 2011.
Many of these sales are in the Traditions villas area, but the higher end custom homes are now also selling, as well as resales. Traditions is now about 60% sold out.
Miramonte and Torino are two other single family neighborhoods at Grey Oaks that have also been active with new construction as well - mostly villa product from 3,000-3,500 square feet.
